"I'm a man of few word. Not much on writing reviews but they have a new young lady there now named Sydney. She is OUTSTANDING! I had a situation where a former employee messed up on my coverage and I was still getting charged for a vehicle that I hadn't owned for 6 months. Needless to say I was HOT! Sydney got on it and resolved the issue and got my money refunded. She is probably the ONLY reason I'm still doing business with State Farm. When I called I was ready to cancel everything I had. Like I said... She got things corrected and we're all good now. Keep up the good work!"

"You’ll get dropped for using your insurance. 2 window claims and 1 hail damage in claim in three years and that’s too many claims. Sorry that I’m not God and cannot control the weather or rocks hitting my window. To the response: Next time give more notice than a week when dropping someone and stop beating around the bush when doing so. Secondly would father pay thousands than come back. Lastly are yall aware of the rep that Shane has about being not a nice person. I’ve heard this from other start farm offices too… crazy"

They say more claims than a few in that time span and made the decision. I am sorry this happened and hopefully we can help you sometime in the future."
