"I'm a man of few word. Not much on writing reviews but they have a new young lady there now named Sydney. She is OUTSTANDING!

I had a situation where a former employee messed up on my coverage and I was still getting charged for a vehicle that I hadn't owned for 6 months. Needless to say I was HOT! Sydney got on it and resolved the issue and got my money refunded.

She is probably the ONLY reason I'm still doing business with State Farm. When I called I was ready to cancel everything I had.

Like I said... She got things corrected and we're all good now.
